Arapahoe Cafe & COVID19
A Cafe amid COVID-19
Please continue to support your local restaurants and businesses in Summit County. We are open at 100% and will let you know of any updates. As with most businesses in Summit, we are searching for staff and service may be affected until we have full staff again.
UPDATE MAY 2021
We are open at 100% capacity as a 5 Star Certified Business. This means:
Masks are required unless eating or drinking
No distancing requirements
All of our tables are back in their normal places!
This also means there will be some changes to TO-GO dining and the waitlist.
The Pub is first come first served only. That means you must be present to put your name on the list.
We reserve the right to refuse any TO-GO orders when we are too busy to fulfill them.
We do not take reservations however if we are on a wait you can add your name to the waitlist over the phone and receive a text message when your table is ready.
Thank you for your understanding! We can’t wait to see you all.
UPDATE 2/14/2021
We can now operate at 50% capacity which is exciting but as always comes with some important details:
Masks are required unless eating or drinking
All tables are six feet apart
No one is allowed to wait for a table inside the building
Only two households per table
Only 10 people per table
All customers must sign in upon arrival for contact tracing purposes
75-minute time limit on all tables
All employees are screened daily for covid symptoms
The biggest changes are in bold! Thank you for coming to the Acafe during this time!
UPDATE 12/19/2020
We are so excited to announce we passed the 5 star certification from Summit County Government.
We are now open for dine in at 25% and so happy about it! Please be considerate and work with us with these new restrictions during this time.
Under 5 star restrictions, we have new protocols that include:
Tables will be 10’ apart
As always, masks are mandatory and enforced
Screening for symptoms and recording customer names and contact info to support COVID-19 contact tracing
Daily staff symptom and exposure checks
etc.

Pub specials will only be offered FOR DINE IN from here on out.
You can also still order online!

The health and safety of our customers and employees are of the utmost importance to us.
We are monitoring developments regarding COVID-19 and are following suggested guidelines provided by the Colorado Restaurant Association, Colorado Department of Public Health and U.S. Centers for Disease Control to promote the well being of our guests and staff.
In addition to our normal proper food and drink handling, cleaning and sanitation protocol we are sanitizing menus, check presenters, condiments salt and pepper shakers and other commonly used items in the restaurant as frequently as possible. We are also adding extra cleaning and sanitation to all doorknobs, chairs, tables and other high traffic objects
If employees are not feeling well or showing any symptoms they have been asked to stay home.
We ask for your help in keeping everyone safe and taking precautions for yourself. This includes more frequent hand washing, not sharing utensils or glassware, and proper sneezing and coughing.
If you are not feeling well please consider staying at home.
Our goal is to continue to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable dining experience.
Thank you for your help and participation in keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Arapahoe Café Staff
